Before I get to the food, I've gotta say the service is always top notch. We're pretty picky with what we want and dont want on our orders and they always get it right. The asada fries are so good and the carne asada nachos are my favorite. Carne asada nachos is my usual. Almost forgot, the chips and salsa are also really good. The chips are always fresh and crispy. The salsa is mild and the perfect consistency, not too thick or thin. The restaurant is a little on the small side so if you're coming with a big group you may not all fit but we've always been lucky I guess. It's small but always clean and you can smell the food cooking in the kitchen. Yum. Waterford is lucky to have a place like this. They've been here quite a while and I hope they're here for a long, long, time.

Best Mexican food in town! they catered our wedding and everything was on point and delicious. Every time we go there their food is always amazing and they are very consistent. Definitely would recommend this place.

Waterford Taqueria Castillo Fresh, fresh, fresh food. Delicious fish tacos, burritos, burgers & fries the bomb. People are so nice. Great chips and salsa I miss their salsa station, I hope it comes back soon. Hope you enjoy visiting.
